Pneumatic triple parts refer to air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist device. The indispensable air source device in most pneumatic systems, installed near the air-using equipment, is the final guarantee of compressed air quality. The installation sequence of the three major parts is air filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator according to the intake direction.
The air filter is used to clean the air source. It can filter the moisture in the compressed air and prevent moisture from entering the device with the gas.
The pressure reducing valve can stabilize the air source, keep the air source in a constant state, and reduce the damage to hardware such as valves or actuators due to sudden changes in the air pressure of the air source.
The lubricator can lubricate the moving parts of the body, and can lubricate the parts that are inconvenient to add lubricating oil, which greatly extends the service life of the body.
Note:
1. Some parts are made of PC (polycarbonate), and it is forbidden to approach or use it in an organic solvent environment. Please use a neutral detergent to clean the PC cup.
2. The working pressure should not exceed its scope of use.
3. When the outlet air volume is significantly reduced, the filter element should be replaced in time.
